The children's prior dentist referred them to pediatric dentist. When I called that office to schedule an appointment, the first question was weather or not I have insurance. When I called your office, the first question was what is going on with your kiddos. That caring spirit is what got you two new patients. Obviously the insurance question needs to be asked and answered because getting paid is why we go into business, but the manner of asking is important. My wife and I were very impressed by the office staff and by Dr. Ellis."
